What we keep
In plain words: what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect on this website
- When you download a volume: your email, the invitation code you used, whether you are reading or reviewing, whether you want release emails, the time, your browser’s user-agent string, and the page that sent you here.
- When you sign up for release emails: your email, the time, your browser’s user-agent string, and the referring page.
- When you use the contact or feedback form: what you type (name, email, volume, message). The form is relayed to our inbox by Web3Forms.
There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we don’t sell or rent anyone’s information.
What the Mindfield Reader app stores
The app asks you to sign in with Apple or with an email and password so your reading follows you between devices. It stores your account, your library, your highlights and notes, and your reading positions under your account. If you use the chat feature, the passage and question you send are processed by Google’s Gemini service to write the answer.
How we use it
To check invitation codes, to send release and revision emails to people who asked for them, to understand who is reading and reviewing the prepublication editions, to reply to messages, and to sync your reading in the app. Nothing else.
Where it lives
Signups and app data are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). The site is served by Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard request logs. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and the Firebase libraries from Google, so those services see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
Your choices
To stop release emails, reply to any of them or write to us. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to delete your app account and its data, write to admin@mindfieldguides.com. We keep your information until you ask us to delete it.
Children
This site and the app are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
